Serving People
At Master Restoration, serving people is at the center of everything we do. That includes our recent decision to purchase a 30,000-square-foot warehouse and office building located along US Hwy 19 in Clearwater, FL. Our new building is significantly larger than our current 7,500-square-foot leased space, which means we will have room for future growth. In turn, we will also have the ability to help a lot more people.
Master Restoration currently employs 55 permanent full-time employees, as well as around 70 temporary employees who are currently providing continued services in the Florida panhandle following Hurricane Michael. Our goal is to hire an additional 25 fulltime staff members over the course of 2019, which is significant, steady growth since the start of our company in 2009.
We are pleased to partner with American Momentum Bank on the financing of this endeavor. The bank shares our values and vision. Founder and CEO of Master Restoration, Jarrett Dixon, expresses our company’s gratitude for the partnership this way: “Our whole mission is to be a servant leader to our community, and if it weren’t for American Momentum, we wouldn’t be able to pour back into the community like we plan to,” “This expansion is going to create jobs. We can help more nonprofits. American Momentum’s support really opens a lot of doors for us.”
The feeling is mutual. “We’re very proud to support Master Restoration, a company that puts serving people at the center of its mission statement,” said Aaron Sherwood, Senior Vice President/Commercial Relationship Manager at American Momentum Bank. “We saw them jump at the chance to meet a dire need in the panhandle after Hurricane Michael, and we know they do so much more.”
The larger facility will allow us to add a showroom with cabinets and flooring that customers can see prior to renovations on commercial and residential properties. We are also excited to add a state-of-the-art training facility, where staff (as well as outside adjusters, agents and property managers) can be trained on various restoration services.
Master Restoration hopes to move into the new building by April 2019—just in time for our 10 year anniversary—following the completion of renovations. In addition, we plan to open satellite offices throughout the region to provide prompt, excellent service to all who are in need.
Master Restoration provides complete loss management and restoration services to residential and commercial properties in Florida. See our complete service offerings on our website. We also run a nonprofit called Project R.A.I.N., which provides restoration services for all who are in need, even those who can’t afford it.
