​We cannot thank Julian and Jayce from Master Restoration enough for coming to our rescue when our water heater burst. Walking down to find our entire downstairs flooded was an absolute nightmare, but they arrived quickly and handled the situation with total professionalism and respect. They worked efficiently, kept us informed every step of the way, and put our minds at ease during a really stressful time. Their hard work and kind demeanor made all the difference. In a moment of crisis, I was referred to Master Restoration, and from the very first phone call, the experience was exceptional. I was greeted by Emily, who was delightful—truly beyond delightful. She immediately understood the urgency of the situation and was able to have technicians at my home within the hour. That’s when I met Morgan and Carmelo. From the moment they stepped through the door, they were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They were sympathetic to the crisis we were dealing with, patient and sensitive to my very rambunctious toddler running around, and somehow even took the time to compliment our home before immediately getting to work. We are still at the very beginning of our restoration process, but first impressions matter—especially when you're dealing with something overwhelming happening in your home—and my first impression of Master Restoration has been amazing. This is exactly how service should feel in a moment of crisis: sympathetic, responsive, kind, quick, and efficient.
