Local State of Emergency declared for several counties in the Tampa Bay area due to Tropical Storm ETA.

Did you experience property damage from Tropical Storm Eta? Be sure to take inventory of damaged goods, document everything with photos/videos, and file a flood insurance claim as soon as possible. Master Restoration’s Property Solutions team can help with all your storm damage and water damage needs.

If you have water damaged stuff in your home, number one, take photos of it โ€“ take photos of everything before you throw it out. And thatโ€™s really important if you file an insurance claim later on. If you do have damages inside your home, and someoneโ€™s going door to door offering to come in and fix it, make sure that they are a licensed contractor and that they are licensed to do what they’re offering to do for you before you pay them.

Water damaged homes have been reported in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Sarasota counties.
