FAQ's
Water Damage Restoration — Tampa Bay
How fast should I call after water damage?
Immediately. With Florida’s humidity, delays increase the likelihood of mold, warped flooring, and structural issues.
Does all water damage lead to mold?
Not always, but the risk climbs quickly if moisture isn’t removed and the area isn’t dried and treated properly.
Will insurance cover my loss?
Many policies cover sudden events (e.g., burst pipe), while long-term leaks may be restricted. We document and help streamline your claim.
How long does drying take?
Typical residential projects dry in 2–5 days, with rebuild time dependent on materials and scope.
Do you also rebuild?
No. We handle extraction, drying, cleaning. But can put you in contact with reliable contractors for full reconstruction under one roof.
What types of water events do you handle?
Burst/leaking pipes, appliance failures, storm flooding, roof/window leaks, foundation seepage, and sewage backups.

These guys are awesome. I had a water heater blow up one night and the hard wood floors in the adjacent hallway were under an inch of water. Brian Herron was there in a couple of hours and guided us on what to do until his crew arrived. Mat and Josh soon arrived with plastic and dryers. They were able to get rid of the visible water and dry what was in and under the wood floor.
It was remarkable how well the floors dried and looked when they were finished. I fully expected to have to replace the floors. That would have cost me thousands of dollars. Instead they soon looked like nothing had ever happened.
I am still grateful to Brian and his team for saving our wood floors. They were amazing. Highly recommend by me.
