What happens after I call?

A technician assesses the damage and identifies the work needed to secure and clean up the property. Water losses involve extraction, drying and moisture checks; fire and storm losses may also need board-up or tarping.

Scope photos and project records document the work. The service pages explain the process for each type of damage.

How long does restoration take?

These are typical cleanup and drying ranges. The size of the loss, affected materials and site conditions determine the actual schedule. Repairs are assessed separately.
